A boxing class at Martial Fitness are another extremely efficient way to get into great shape, and proves to be a very good way to channel high energy.
The classes start with a light 20 minute warm up followed by a combination of punching to pads and bags.
A portion of the class is focused on technique and special attention to strength and conditioning, if you still have energy after this then try your skills with some light sparring. All sparring will be carefully instructed and full head protection is worn along with mouth guard.
